Current legislation, The Safety, Health and Welfare Act (2005), indicates that every workplace regardless of the number of employees are required by law to provide sufficient training in fire awareness to every member of staff.
When it comes to basic fire safety awareness it is critical that we think prevention rather than reaction, as time and knowledge saves lives. With this in mind this course provides candidates with the necessary information and measures required to prevent a fire, how to react when a fire occurs and finally a basic introduction of the protocol of extinguishing a fire.
