Fire Marshal/Warden Training Course

im19

Current legislation, The Safety, Health and Welfare Act (2005), indicates that every workplace regardless of the number of employees are required by law to provide sufficient training in fire awareness to every member of staff.

This course fulfills the Irish legislative training requirements recognised as being a fully qualified fire marshal /warden. Importantly, it highlights your legal duties as acting fire marshal within the workplace and furthermore provides candidates with essential information on understanding fire, potential fire hazards within the office, fire safety arrangements and further information on what an emergency fire evacuation should entail.

When it comes to fire safety it is critical that we think prevention rather than reaction, as time and knowledge saves lives. With this in mind this course provides candidates with the necessary tools to take on fire safety responsibilities and be able to maintain and support employee welfare within the workplace.

Who is this for?

This course is ideal for anyone taking on the role of fire marshal/warden within the workplace.

How long is the course?

The duration of the online training is 220 minutes of instructor led video content, with additional time required for answering interactive questions throughout the course.

The cost of the course is €40 per person. Discounts are available for 10 or more candidates booking the course. For further information on group discounts please email David@fad.ie or contact 087 902 1517.
